Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from Sage & Silver. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Business Location

Sage & Silver operates from New Mexico, United States. We operate as a dropshipping retailer. Products are fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party suppliers and distribution centers, which may be located within or outside the United States.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

  • Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to extend processing times due to high order volume, supplier delays, payment verification, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • An order is not considered shipped until tracking information has been issued.

Sage & Silver reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion prior to shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • High shipping volumes

  • Supplier fulfillment delays

Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once the order has shipped.

4. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different suppliers. We are not responsible for items arriving at different times.

5. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Sage & Silver is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier mishandling

  • Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to claim delivery

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees

  • Any additional carrier charges

We are not obligated to issue refunds for undeliverable packages.

7. Marked as Delivered

If tracking confirms delivery, Sage & Silver considers the order fulfilled.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file theft claims.

8. Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund.

9. Force Majeure

Sage & Silver shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
